Account Manager – Cheltenham office

This is a great opportunity to become a key part of the success of a rapidly growing digital and brand agency. Silver is a fast paced highly creative digital, brand and marketing communications  agency. As a full service agency we provide a range of services to our clients from strategic planning and brand building, to digital marketing, advertising, direct marketing and design.

You will be an experienced B2B marketer with agency experience, looking for an exciting move to become part of a fast paced team. You will have strong marcomms experience, including digital marketing and will be comfortable developing, proposing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns for clients. You will need to possess excellent project management and client relationship skills in order to maximise the most from your client accounts and deliver a world class service. You will need to be a real team player with a positive “can do” attitude with the ability to communicate at all levels.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the client relationship and taking briefs from clients for projects and campaigns, both face to face, by phone and in writing.
• Overseeing the budgets and costings for clients, ensuring that clients are fully informed at all stages.
• Briefing and liaising with the creative team and external suppliers.
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered smoothly - on time and on budget.
• Ensuring that revenue from allocated accounts is maximised through a proactive approach to account relationship management.
• Developing new business opportunities.

Creative Designer – Cheltenham office

This is a great opportunity for a confident, highly creative designer with a creative mind bursting with ideas.

This role will see you create compelling and inventive solutions for client communication campaigns.

You will be using your natural flair to bring the ideas to life and inspire the clients beyond their expectations. Your role will involve all aspects of creative design; planning, designing and pitching marketing campaigns to designing websites and other digital creative.

This is a challenging role in an agency where things are happening at break neck pace. You will be comfortable with face to face meetings with clients and using your ability and experience to help create the solutions to the campaigns.

You must be able to demonstrate your skills with a strong portfolio of recent work.

You must have experience in -

• Indesign
• Photoshop
• Illustrator

A healthy understanding of HTML, CSS and Flash would be an advantage!

Web / Digital Developer – Cheltenham office

This is a great opportunity for a confident, highly creative developer with bags of ability and experience.

We're looking for a developer who can take a design brief from its initial concept and drive it through to a polished finished product.

This person will be responsible for a variety of projects and ideally will have experience in the following:

• A Solid understanding of semantic HTML and CSS
• Comfortable turning Photoshop layouts into standards-based, semantic HTML + CSS
• Experience with building websites in PHP/MySQL
• Superb Javascript and jQuery skills
• Excellent knowledge of using/or building Content Management Systems
• First hand experience at developing E-commerce sites
• The ability to work within a team to tight deadlines

In short you will be our digital junkie.

This role will see you create online solutions for client communication campaigns. You must be able to demonstrate your skills with a strong online portfolio of recent work.

This is a challenging role in a London agency, which is based in the Cotswold’s and where things are happening at break neck pace.
