People & Organisation Development UKI are helping EMC staff to 'Eat, Learn and Develop' through a programme of innovative 90 minute workshops. Silver has created a distinctive new logo and look for the team, known as 'Pod'. The contrasting blue food treatments appearing on posters, promoting the workshops, have rapidly gained notoriety.
