A brand with such a positive history required an evolution not a revolution
William Sutton Homes is a nationwide organisation steeped in history but with a modern face. Having merged with a number of smaller housing organisations it was appropriate to take the opportunity to re-align communications and repackage the brand. ‘Housing’ has been softened to ‘Homes’ and the new logo, while echoing colours from the previous, has a more obvious symbolism of four walls surrounding an upward arrow.
